These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Meow Meow Timer mobile application ("App") designed for children aged 5-10 with ADHD. By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

By using Meow Meow Timer, you confirm that you are either:

• A parent or legal guardian of a child who will be using the App
• An adult authorized by a parent or guardian to supervise the child's use of the App
• At least 18 years old and using the App for your own purposes

Meow Meow Timer is a Pomodoro timer application specifically designed to help children with ADHD:

• Manage their time and focus during tasks
• Take appropriate breaks between focus sessions
• Track their progress and earn rewards
• Develop healthy time management habits

Meow Meow Timer is designed for children aged 5-10. Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising their child's use of the App
• Ensuring the App is used appropriately and safely
• Setting appropriate time limits and usage guidelines
• Monitoring their child's progress and well-being while using the App
• Seeking professional advice if needed regarding their child's ADHD management

You may use Meow Meow Timer for:

• Personal, non-commercial use by children and their families
• Educational purposes in supervised settings
• Time management and focus training activities

You may NOT:

• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our written permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services
• Share or distribute the App outside of official app stores

Important: Meow Meow Timer is a time management tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any other medical condition. The App is designed to support time management skills but should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding your child's ADHD management and treatment.

Meow Meow Timer and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Your use of Meow Meow Timer may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded the App (such as the Apple App Store). In case of any conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
